“This is the 3rd or forth house where we have used the services of this company. Each time we are impressed with their knowledge and expertise. We purchased new Silestone tops for our counters in our home after experiencing cheap Granite from our home builder. From the sales person who we met in your store in Fredericksburg after a 90 drive, to the measurement guy who took a couple of hours measuring is great detail and producing a very detailed drawing, to the installation who also spent right at two hours of very attentive installation, resulting in a near perfect job. I would have appreciated a little more heads up on the plumbing. The new sink was a 60/40 split, the 60 side was deeper than the previous sink. This necessitated some new fixtures (pipes to reconnect the Insinkerator disposal. If the measuring guy or the sales guy would have noted that I would have made better preparation for that. Over all, I am very pleased.”

“Exceed every expectation! If I could give 10 stars I would -- they all deserved it. At each step of this process, every single person involved was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. I had previously attempted to get counters with another company in Alexandria and was not having a great experience - slow to provide an estimate and when the estimate finally came in it was incomplete with quartz I requested. The sticker price was also a shocker. And they weren't open on weekends which was a challenge so I went for a second opinion and SO glad I did. Less than two weeks ago, I discovered Landmark Surfaces on a Sunday afternoon, made an appointment online and went in that day. Sam was on site and was incredibly patient and helpful with my indecision. Helped me choose and offered advice. Gave me an estimate on the spot within 20 minutes. I showed him some rough drawings and he gave me a quote that was significantly less markup than the competitor I visited. I paid my deposit that day! All within an hour. Two days later, Robiya sent me an appointment for measurements. Nick and Ayoub showed up EARLY! Yes, early they called before arrival and took measurements quickly all while I still had some other contractors working and the next day I received the drawings for the design and cut. Of course I made a few changes and Sam worked patiently with me until I finally signed off communicating consistently even after hours. Once I signed off Robiya scheduled my install for like 3 days later! Today was installation and I am beyond impressed with the outcome! I cannot recommend Landmark Surfaces highly enough. Honestly, I wish every contractor operated like them. I forgot to mention they have a really wide variety of the best quartz, marble and granite. If you're looking for countertops, look no further.”
